Les achats sur les stores sont liés au compte de la plateforme acheteuse. Le transfert interplateforme n'est pas garanti sauf mention explicite.

Des remboursements sont-ils possibles ?

Les remboursements des stores mobiles sont gérés par chaque boutique. Les achats Square et Team Cloud suivent notre politique de remboursement et les lois applicables. Un remboursement révoque la licence associée.

Les organisations existantes seront-elles contraintes d'adopter de nouveaux forfaits ?

Non. Les abonnements existants restent pleinement honorés avec des tarifs garantis. Les nouveaux forfaits Starter, Business et Enterprise s’appliquent aux nouvelles organisations et aux évolutions volontaires.
