ご購入いただいたストアアカウントに対し、対象モバイルエディションの永続利用権を許諾します。これにはTeam Cloud (企業クラウド基盤)クラウドサービス、将来別途販売されるメジャーバージョンアップ、将来の未知のOS更新に伴う永続的動作保証は含まれません。

年間サブスクリプションは自動更新されますか？

Apple App StoreおよびGoogle Playでの定期購読は、各ストアの規定に従い自動更新されます。Squareによる直接購入の1年間ライセンスは自動更新されず期限満了で終了します。Team Cloud (企業クラウド基盤)の更新は組織管理画面で設定します。

AndroidとApple端末の間でライセンスを共用できますか？

アプリストアでの購入は、原則として購入時のストアアカウントおよびOSに紐づきます。明記がない限りOS間を跨ぐライセンス移行は保証されません。

返金やキャンセルは可能ですか？

各ストアでの返金手続きは当該ストアの規約に基づきます。Square直接購入およびTeam Cloud (企業クラウド基盤)は公式返金ポリシーに準拠します。返金完了に伴い該当ライセンスは失効します。

既にご契約中のTeam組織は、新料金プランへの移行を強制されますか？

いいえ。既にご契約中のサブスクリプションは従前の料金条件のまま完全に保証・維持されます。新しいStarter、Business、Enterpriseプランは新規契約組織および任意でのプラン変更に適用されます。
